Klaviyo Email Design for a Fun, Fluff-Focused Pet Brand
A look at the custom templates, flows, and popups I created to drive clicks (and tail wags).
For this project, I built a full Klaviyo setup tailored to Cali Fluff Co., a fun-loving brand that makes stylish bandanas and accessories for your fluff. It started with a custom email template that brought their playful personality into every inbox. I designed all the core flows including welcome, abandoned cart, checkout, and post-purchase. Each one was crafted to guide customers through a clear and cohesive brand experience.
I also created a branded preference page to support smarter segmentation and built popups that captured leads without disrupting the browsing experience. Every piece was designed to boost retention, increase engagement, and make every email feel like an extension of the Cali Fluff Co. pack.
